Josh at adapt design is the consummate professional. He took steps beyond what was necessary to help my family not only design our home, but also navigate municipal bylaws for construction. The design process was enjoyable and he did an amazing job putting a list of wants together into blueprints. I can’t imagine getting this level of quality service anywhere else. What can I say about Josh, well, many things, but here is the nails and wood of who he is as a professional…My partner and I recently hired him to design an ocean front home. He jumped right to work in meeting us at the property to check it out. He provided a very reasonable quote for his services. And then the design services began…he is so prompt in his work, he is versed in understanding and will guide you in the permit, contracting, and engineering aspects as well.

His expertise of municipal bylaws and code regulations, from being a certified building inspector, runs deep through his company and his services he offers as a designer. He broke down the once daunting process of dealing with free hold strata requirements as well as the city into simple, easy to follow steps, and was available to talk us through it every step of the way. Even after his job should of been complete and payment had been made.
